Lord Adrian Chelmsford (Evil Character for GM use)

I made this character for either Senkusha or Kelkov to use as an evil character, however I will use this character and take the side of evil one the condition that my Characters (David and Meryl) are not in the battles that Lord Adrian features, I will accept an instant "Mind Control" roll on them at the start of the battle.

Occupation: Arch-Duke Of The Underworld (Ninth in line to his Weariness) , and a gentlemen
 
Appearance: Slim, tall, with greying hair around the temples and grey eyes. Dressed impecably at all times in a old english suit, with pocket-watch, waistcoat and cane. Has a small beard that is greying also.
 
Personality: Polite, Calm, Makes jokes. Very polite and respectful to women, especially young ones...having three children himself. Articulate, eloquant and always keeps his word. However...he is an Arch-Duke...you don't get that title for nothing, he may keep his word, but he also takes his job very...very seriously.
 
Background: Lord Chemlsford has a two passions, a nice cup of hot tea and a good book...and surveying the insurgancy of all tortured souls to the world of the living.

He's been knocking around for about 1000 years but he can still unload a ripping violin solo, or a reading from Shakespeare.

An agent of evil in the lands of mortals, he is particularly fond of Lichborn as his finest creation...
 
"Hmmmm? Oh yes...Lichborn, was never fond of the name m'self old sport, reminds me of my mother in law..."
 
He is helping to co-ordinate the attacks from the realms of shadow, as an ambassdor from the dark-gods.

(Notes: Lichborn Mage just means that Lord Chelmsford can summon 50 Lichborn at any point for a reduced cost of 3 Points per unit, however all Lichborn he summons after that first 50 cost 6 Points a unit. Casting this "spell" takes one round and may be interupted, however the Lord does tend to distance himself from the party)
 
(Notes on TBOAS - "The Book Of All See" is an artifact that allows Arch-Dukes to view the information on the party, the GM may use this artifact by rolling a D6, the number rolled is the number of party members who are veiwed by TBOAS, the GM may then use any crucial information such as "Reoccuring Nightmare" defects to add a +7 to all mind controll rolls for that character. However using this artifact takes one round, regardless of how many characters are read)
