no bake cookie (personal recipe)

1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup oats
4 tbs butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 ts salt
1/4 cup milk
1 ts vanilla extract
1 full cup peanut butter
