Lying amongst the grass I looked upon the stars,
Shining bright their soothing light and drowning the out the song of mars,
I reached to the heavens though short my arm fell,
I felt the hand clutch to mine and lift me from my hell.

I don't like to say it but this was about my two suicide attempts while I was in the forces the words make more sense when I put it in that perspective
