(OOC: I am just going to set the stage this will start with you all)

Several months have passed since the battle for the world.  No activity has been seen out of Shade Lich or the Shadow Alliance.  Despite searching every place anyone would have imagined the heros have been unable to detect anything.  Now they sit in a building that has been rented them.

  Celestial sat in a chair near the window, bouncing a green ball off the far wall, catching it, then bouncing it again

   "Anyone got any more ideas where Malistyrax and his cronies could be holed up?" he asked the others

[Lord Revan]

[avatar=126,659]"could be anywhere" shotgun replies looking out the window, obviously disturbed by what happened to him at the battle[/avatar]

Predator"Only a fool hunts a carnivore in its own lair," He says.  Despite wearing heavy boot his feet make no sound as he walks.  He sits down in a chair and puts his feet up.

[Mart1000son]

    'Well, that didn't add to the conversation in any way whatsoever' Celestial thought

    "I still can't believe Lycan and the others double crossed us like that, we should've seen right through them" he said, bouncing the ball harder and harder with every bounce

PredatorHe pulls out his knife, and starts to clean under his fingernails.  "You do realize that they believe that the entire world has double crossed them."  Suddenly he throws the knife pinning the ball to the wall.

   "Well I didn't know that, then again they weren't exactly the talkative types, but they should've know  better than to listen to Malistyrax's lies" Celestial replied, pulling out another ball, which he started bouncing off the celing

Predator"Malistyrax is not so much a liar as a megalomaniac."  Predator says.  "He very rarely lies, he like to twist the truth to his own ends.  He will gladly talk about the dragons being exterminated by the humans, but he will neglect to mention that dragons treated humans like animals.  He will brag about the powers given to him, but neglect that his body has limited stamina when he uses those powers."

Predator"Good question I have no clue where Malistyrax dredged him up."

Predator"After you all were recovered I was given command authority, and reconstruction was immediatly implemented.  All the while search groups were established to find Quintin, the Shadow Alliance, and the necromancer."

Traveller"And your efforts will be fruitless for three years."

[Lord Revan]

Traveller"The future has two major paths, Malistyrax wins or the necromancer wins.  Either ways that does not work for me so I am here to level the playing field."

Predator'What about the consequences of altering time?"

Traveller"You all cannot alter events that have already happened, so all that can be alter is that which has yet to happen."
